Radio Karate – Privacy Policy

   This Privacy Policy applies to the websites operated and controlled by Radio Karate (‘we’ or ‘us’), being the websites for the production company Radio Karate Pty Ltd ACN 109 244 902 (‘Radio Karate’) and any other websites we may establish and control from time to time (‘the Websites’).

   Generally, we will not release personal information without your consent. However we may release personal information in any of the following circumstances:

   2. in order to provide the service you have requested, for example, if you purchase products online from us, or are a subscriber to the Websites, we will need to disclose your personal information to third parties in order to bill and deliver your products or services;
